This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. - **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 70% of the service booked. As it becomes challenging to fill the spot on short notice. - **No-Shows:** Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.
